After acquiring my qualifications in diagnostic radiography at the City University, I was able to achieve a lead role at a prestigious private Hospital in Central London, The Princess Grace hospital in Marylebone. This presented me with the priceless opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with some of the best and most experienced practitioners in the business. After 6 years spent working as a lead, assisting radiologists, managing a department and liaising with both private consultants and GP’s I built up a wealth of experience and an in-depth understanding of the industry. I then spent time training in computer tomography (CT) scanning for 6 years before locating to work with a Private Doctor in Canterbury as a specialist MRI radiographer. Like Kunal, it was my own poor childhood health, namely a lengthy battle with eczema, and my resultant experiences with the healthcare industry that inspired me to want to give back. I hope that with our new service I can, in turn, provide the relief, hope and peace of mind to others, that was once provided to me.
